Built an LLM shopping assistant on the Vercel AI SDK with multi-step tool calling, designing a search→finalize protocol that caches candidates across turns and returns confidence-ranked results; fixed a retrieval brand-filter bug that recovered 1,816 previously-hidden products.
Engineered an affiliate product-ingestion pipeline (TypeScript / Prisma / PostgreSQL) importing catalogs from Impact and Shopify, with database-level unique-index dedup, category/gender canonicalization, and a Playwright fallback that defeats Cloudflare bot challenges (~3,200 LOC).
Shipped a social layer (following with live follower counts, community posts, interactive likes) in a Next.js 15 / React 19 app, extending the Prisma schema through to public profile pages.
Built an in-page virtual try-on dock for a Chrome MV3 extension (Plasmo / React) — a shared background task manager with progress UI, persisted dismissal state, and cross-tab sync via chrome.storage events.
